Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

For Domestic or International Shipping Rates and Information: Please add all the parts you need to the shopping cart. Once you have a product added to your shopping cart you will see an option “Get Shipping Quote” in middle of product page right next to add to cart button, then you can get the estimated shipping quote by choosing you Country / State / Zip code.

Shipping is by UPS or USPS Mail. If you have any question, please call customer service during business hours.

Limited Warranty:

Our Company provides this 60 day limited warranty on hardware only. Software is warranted solely by the manufacturer of the software title. We warrants to the original end-user purchaser (” Customer” ) that the product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as stated on your invoice from the date of purchase. In accordance with terms and exceptions of this limited warranty, we will either repair or replace any product, which is shown to be defective. Warranty is voided if Warranty Sticker has been broken or removed.

This warranty does not cover any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or humidity, or improper electrical power or installation of components or other maintenance by anyone other than us. THERE ARE NO EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE) EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Return:

We accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within warranty period.
ALL warranty stickers must be sealed tampering with warranty sticker will void warranty.
The return shipping of product/item back to us is on buyer.

For Replacement:

Non-working product will be replaced with the same product or model as the original unit. We will Ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.
If any item are diagnosed by our technicians as defective because of misuse or customer installation error/fault or any other abuse, there shall not be ANY Refund, Replacement or Store Credit or any other type of Credit on the customer’s account.
Customer must remove all components that Customer has installed in/on the product and must securely pack the product in its original packaging.

For Exchange:

If you made a mistake and order wrong part, we will help you find the correct one and order the correct part.
Once we process the new order and receive the wrong part back from you, we will refund you on the original order.

For Refund:

There will be a 35% restocking fee associated with all returns.
Exchanges or Replacement will not incur a restocking fee.
Shipping cost is not refundable for Replacement / Exchange / Refund.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):

To obtain service under this limited warranty, Customer must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us

To obtain a RMA number:

Step 1: Please call or Email our customer service to report the issue. You need the following information ready when you call or email our customer service: Name or Company Name, Order Number and nature of the problem.

Step 2: We will email you RMA instruction and number
Customer is responsible for all insurance, risks, and costs associated with shipping the product to us. RMAs must be received within 10 days from the date that the RMA was issued.

Repair:

Repairs on systems may result in the need to reformatting the hard disk drive. Customer should copy all data on the hard drive regularly and before Customer returns the product for service. Our company shall be responsible for all insurance, risks and costs associated with shipping the product back to the Customer

Most of the parts in our website are not new unless it has been mentioned separately.

Price change
If we make any pricing errors on our Site we reserve the right to change the price of any part to the updated price at any time. If you have already purchased the part we will notify you of the price change as soon as possible .You will either be offered the chance to confirm the correct price on the part or your order will be cancelled. We do not charge the credit card before we get the confirmation from you.

We may change this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this site, so we encourage you to review our privacy policy from time to time.
